Some guests have reported that the staff in the kitchen can be noisy and disruptive during meal times, which can detract from the overall dining experience.

Excellent view of the sea. Breakfast very good.
I had to request to clean the floor and balcony upon my arrival. However, they kindly cleaned it very quickly just after.

Overall the the value for the rate we paid was great. very nice swimming pool and always enough chaiselongs and ambrellas. friendly staff at the pool bar and breakfast restaurant. Authentic capuccino and fresh pastry every morning was nice to have...
There is no beach, as we thought. It's on the sea, but you take stairs over rocks to actually deep in the water. The rooms interior seems quite out-dated, especially bathroom. All functioned well and was clean, but it was old and dull color tile, last century sink and shower cabine etc... a small tv in the room was also circa 1990s, only 2 channels in English. The reception staff were not going out of their way to please you. They seemed busy all the time. We tried to rent a car but failed - short notice. do plan on renting a car if you go there. You cab't really count on public transport, they are really bad. we waited an hour for the bus to go to Taormina!

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the hotel itself was in a great location. I would recommend it!
difficulty with local transport if you did not have a car. The road outside the hotel is not suitable for pedestrians.

Clear and comfortable rooms. Kind and polite employees.
The air-conditioners resonate what is really noisy at night. The hotel is near a main road and there is no pavement so you can't take a walk around.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed with our experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of attention on the stunning coastline north of Catania. It's also conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like air conditioning and a balcony. We also appreciated having an in-room safe and a television. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available for guests to enjoy. We also loved the swimming pool and the other leisure facilities here, which added to our overall enjoyment of our stay.
If you're looking for a hotel that offers enhanced comfort and quality services, we highly recommend this place.

Nice location, big rooms & swimming pool/beach space. Staff was nice and professional. Cleaning ladies were very polite and spoke very good English which is surprising for Italy.
Breakfast was not good at all and the room was in a closed space making the 1st activity of the day sad, bad quality/selection of the food. Not nice to start the day going to that sad room !!! Parking was a mess, not easy to get in and difficult to get a normal parking space (many reserved places) as people parked very bad (maybe this is Italian style). Access to the sea was dangerous as stairs in a very bad condition.
